Review of Damda Restaurant in Fredericton New Brunswick

This is for my Freddy pals. D and I went for dinner at Damda, the new fusion asian resto in Freddy. The service was good. The food was “ok”. D had Phad Thai and I had a ginger-garlic tofu stir fry. The servings were large but luke warm (Phad Thai) and there was too much sauce on the ginger-garlic tofu stir fry. (This coming from a guy who likes his sauce). Lots of tofu in the dishes which is better than most places that give you just a few tiny pieces of tofu with tons of noodles. There are other veggie options so D and i will go back because there are so few places in Freddy that veggies are catered to. Atmosphere was good with the music played at a level just below conversation level. This was appreciated because in most restos today it is fast paced disco/pop music on stun which is not conducive to healthy eating. So overall, a reasonable dinner at an ok cost with a bottle of wine in the mix.
