The End of Anthropology? A critical review

For those anthropologists who may follow this blog you might consider going to the following links for a free (for a limited time) copy of Max Forte’s critical review of

The end of anthropology? Edited by Holger Jebens and Karl-Heinz Kohl. Sean Kingston Publishing, Wantage, UK, 2011, 254 pp., bibliography, index. ISBN: 978-1-907774-05-8 (hardback).

As usual Max provides nuanced views about a number of “disciplinary” concerns that are elucidated by a number of senior anthropologists. Max is very good asking very uncomfortable questions that deservedly give anthropologists night sweats. So I recommend that you read this fine review. If you cannot access the article through the above link you can get it at
